By creating an account and placing an order with Cope Aesthetic Customs, you agree to the following terms. Every piece created is one-of-one and made specifically for you.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once work has begun. Contact Buffy before approving your quote if you have concerns.
Waitlist & Payment Process
- After submitting your order questionnaire, you are placed on the Free Waitlist.
- Pay the non-refundable booking fee ($50) to move to the Paid Waitlist and secure your spot.
- Full invoice payment is required to enter the Production Queue and begin work.
- Rush orders require Buffy's approval. Rush fee = 50% of custom fee.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of completion may result in forfeiture of the item.
Shipping & Item Condition
- Customers are responsible for shipping their item to Buffy safely using insured, tracked shipping.
- Cope Aesthetic Customs is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
- A cleaning fee ($25) applies to pre-loved items that require cleaning before painting.
- Your completed item will be shipped back via insured, tracked service.
Design, Mockups & Revisions
- Up to 3 free revisions are included. Additional revisions require payment ($20 each) before proceeding.
- Once you approve a mockup and painting begins, no further design changes can be made.
- Buffy reserves the right to use completed work in her portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
- We do not reproduce copyrighted logos or trademarked characters without authorization.
Care Instructions
All painted items must be hand washed in cold water and air dried — never put in a dryer or exposed to direct heat. Improper care voids any warranty.
Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to process your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Order photos may appear in Buffy's portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

All pricing is custom — final quotes depend on design complexity, item type, and timeline. Select your item on the order form to see its pricing tiers.
